Middle Atlantic Swimming Partners with IntelliSport Analytics to Launch Dual-Initiative Study on Brand Identity and Competition Experience

Middle Atlantic Swimming will partner with IntelliSport Analytics to conduct a comprehensive membership engagement plan. First, a study will focus on the organization's brand identity and identifying opportunities to better serve its athletes, non-athletes, and clubs. Second, IntelliSport will help Middle Atlantic Swimming collect information on competitions.

Through the Brand Identity and Opportunities study, families, coaches, and officials will be invited to share their perspectives to help shape the organization’s future direction and strengthen its position as a leading Local Swimming Committee (LSC) within USA Swimming. The study will:

  • Explore Middle Atlantic Swimming’s mission, values, and overall member experience.

  • Identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities facing member clubs and stakeholders.

  • Gather insights to learn and guide desired programming and services.

  • Strengthen the organization’s connection with members through collaboration, transparency, and communication.

"This partnership is an exciting step forward for Middle Atlantic Swimming as we continue to listen, learn, and grow with our members. By engaging directly with our families, coaches, officials, and clubs, we’re ensuring that every decision reflects their voices and priorities. Together, we’re strengthening the foundation of our LSC through collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to shaping the future of our sport." - Jamie Platt, Executive Director, Middle Atlantic Swimming

In addition to the Brand Identity and Opportunities study, IntelliSport Analytics will help Middle Atlantic Swimming collect information on competitions.  IntelliSport will explore experiential data from coaches, officials and families immediately following competitions, providing real-time feedback on meet operations, facility quality, and overall satisfaction with swim meets. Over the next 12 months, IntelliSport will collect data from more than 200 Middle Atlantic sanctioned competitions, creating the most comprehensive dataset on competitive swimming experience at the LSC level. The insights will enable meet hosts and Middle Atlantic Swimming leadership to identify best practices, address pain points, and continuously improve the competition experience.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Middle Atlantic Swimming. Their willingness to embrace a data-informed approach will provide actionable insights that position the LSC to continue to deliver best-in-class service to its membership.”
