Due to our continued growth, we are seeking ambitious and energetic Research and Lead Generation Associates to assist us in further developing our business.
This position will have a research and sales role.
As a Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to support and lead on-going research projects. The person in this position will be expected to assist in research design, analyzing data sets and working through solutions to provide clients with strategic solutions. Research includes quantitative and qualitative analysis. Applicants with experience in statistics, and using excel, python and SPSS will be prioritized, as well as those who have qualitative coding experience.
In the sales role, you will generate qualified leads for our company via cold calling and account research as well as pursue limited sales opportunities. As a Lead Generation Associate, you will play an essential role in meeting IntelliSport’s growth expectations as you generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities/Tasks
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate business development
- Scheduling discovery calls with qualified customers
- Following up on campaigns and providing detailed feedback on the success of each campaign
- Maintaining a call/e-mail volume per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
- Analyzing data, leading research as-needed, and interfacing with clients to collect data.
Projects
- 10 Weeks with a project presentation
- Ability to conduct high-level prospect research for Target Accounts
- Report weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
